VdlP Sanabria Way Day 30

Olleros de Tera to Entrepensa We got a late start today 😩 but it is sunny with no signs of rain…yet! We have met several locals on the trail, some were looking for wild asparagus 😮 They told us wild asparagus is the best, so now Dave and I look for it when we get bored…it’s become a goal to find a least one stalk before we finish this Camino 🤣 Spain grows white asparagus, they have to cover it out in the fields, so the sun doesn’t turn it green. It’s a lot of work but I prefer the green. Other locals look for spices like thyme, it’s also fun to speak to them and I think they enjoy the unexpected conversation. In many towns we noticed that Spaniards place water bottles by the front door, so I asked about it.
